Really, the Leadership Development 360 Academy is for anyone who is in a leadership role, or has a professional goal to grow into a leadership position of a business or organization. These courses have been delivered to small businesses and large businesses with great results. There are over 150 courses and all of them will eventually be available online with the first course planned to be online in October 2022. 

The Cobalt Group will also facilitate online and in-person workshops for your organization, as well. Each of these courses are able to be tailored to your organization's specific needs or requirements.  

We are very flexible and will work with you to minimize the disruption to your business operations, and to provide attendees the ability to learn in an incremental fashion and be able to immediately use what they learn in each session in the workplace.
